Who I Am

I help gay men reconnect with their bodies, release sexual shame, and develop a deeper, more accepting relationship with themselves through mindfulness, embodiment, and mindful self-pleasure.

My work is about coming back home to your body. Through breath, meditation, movement, sensual self-touch, and intentional exploration, I create experiences that invite you to slow down, pay attention, and actually be present with yourself. Sometimes that means being naked. Sometimes it means simply noticing your breath, feeling your body, or learning to touch yourself without judgment, expectation, or the pressure to perform.

Mindful self-pleasure is at the heart of this work. It isn't about chasing an orgasm or using pleasure as an escape. It's about learning how to be with yourself through sensation, curiosity, presence, and choice. It's about noticing what feels good, what feels uncomfortable, what you want, what you don't want, and beginning to trust your own body again.

For so many of us, sexuality has been wrapped up in shame, secrecy, performance, and the feeling that we're doing it wrong. We've been taught to disconnect from our bodies, hide our desires, compare ourselves to other men, and treat pleasure like something we have to earn or something we should feel guilty for wanting.

I believe we can have a different relationship with ourselves.

Whether you're healing from sexual shame, struggling with body image, disconnected from your pleasure, exploring your desires, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your own skin, this work gives you an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the person who has been there all along.

This isn't about changing who you are. It's about letting go of everything that taught you that who you are isn't enough.
