A 90-minute guided group meditative experience to reconnect with your body, release shame, and rediscover pleasure without pressure or performance.

This is a guided, in-person somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release shame, and rediscover pleasure in a safe, intentional space.

We’ll begin with grounding and meditation to settle the nervous system and create a sense of safety within yourself and the group.

From there, you’ll be gently guided through a series of embodied practices focused on awareness, sensation, and self-connection. Participants are invited to remove layers of clothing at their own pace and comfort level; there is no pressure or expectation at any point.

This experience is not about performance or comparison. It’s about returning to your body, exploring sensation without judgment, and allowing yourself to feel, fully and authentically.

You’ll leave feeling more present, more connected, and more at home in your body.

This is a guided self-touch experience. There is no partner interaction during the session. Consent, privacy, and respect are foundational to this space.
